If necessary, we will gather the square footage required to provide a quote for your cleaning needs, which Spotless Therapy will supply. This is also a good time to talk about any additional services that might be needed and add them on if desired.

The walk-through is also an opportunity for both of us to go over our agreement in detail and make sure we're all on the same page about what's going to happen during each cleaning session and why things work the way they do.

How often should my facility be cleaned?

How long are service agreements?

All service agreements are custom, and the length of service is a preference based on your personal needs, but most agreements are a year, and all service agreements automatically renew the following year, if service is not canceled.

What size accounts can Spotless Therapy service?

Spotless Therapy can handle any type of account, no account is too large, even on a day-to-day basis.
